Today my blog turns one year!
It’s incredible how many things I’ve learned and made in one year only. From time to time I read the post of my first sewing experience and I smile…A century seems to have gone by but at the same time it seems yesterday…
And it’s beautiful finding out that your passion is the same passion of many other people in Italy and in the world, that your story and experience are similar to those of girls who live not too far away from you, but also in far-off countries that you have never visited. It’s amazing how a passion can bring people together.
So, happy birthday LaDulsaTina! I’m so happy you came out! 🙂
And thank you to all of you who pass by, give a comment, help me to improve…you’re special!
Ps: this picture is made with scraps of fabrics I used to sew up my garments over last year…a sort of creative recycle! It’s a very simple idea about how to use the little pieces of fabric I’m hoarding up…
Congratulations! Love your work, your style and the way you sew.
Thank you so much! 🙂 🙂 🙂
Happy 1st Birthday! You have a great little blog and I enjoy seeing what you’ve been creating, especially as I’ve been sewing for a similar amount of time I think. Great little collage!
Thank you so much Jen! 🙂
Happy Birthday! What a fabulous achievement! I love all your blog posts and projects, I have finally made my first dress which you inspired me to start… although it wasn’t the Belladone or the Peony which I did get the patterns for! Don’t stop because I love what you do! Juls (Ju)
Thank you so much, Ju! 🙂
Oh, this is an amazing news! I’m so happy you made your first dress! 🙂 How did it go?
Happy Birthday! And what a genius idea to use your scraps for the picture – that is really creative!
Thank you so much Miriam! 🙂
