A white and red pochette

Last Saturday I had a friends’ marriage and I hadn’t got a pochette that matched with my dress and shoes. I had no time to go shopping, so last Wednesday evening I tried to make it myself! 🙂

I recovered some scraps and an old red zip (probably a 70’ zip…but who knows. I found it among my grandmother’s stuff).

I used the fabric scraps of my Peony Dress and an old polyurethane coated cotton canvas fabric that Filippo had used for a project over university time.

I only added a wrist strap for a comfortable hold…
